In Store Policies and Toyota Stadium Matchday Policies
- Soccer90 will close 90 minutes before gates open for any FC Dallas match or Toyota Stadium event. We will reopen when gates do for ticket holders only.
- Please follow all Toyota Stadium polices when attending matches or events at Toyota Stadium.
- No additional discounts on sale or clearance items.
- Receipt is required for all returns. No returns after 30 days of purchase. No returns on customization.
- Receipt is not required for exchanges. Exchanges must be for the exact same item.

Online Order Information | Return & Refund Policies
- Shipping Information: All orders shipped within 2-3 business days. Unless otherwise specified, all orders in the United States shipped via UPS Ground. Customization orders may take longer depending on demand. Please email store@soccer90.com with any customization questions you may have.
- Refunds and Returns: All returns must be processed within 30 days of purchase.
- Any damaged or items shipped incorrectly, we will cover return shipping costs. Customer is responsible for any other return shipping costs. Exchanges we will cover shipping back to the customer.
- All products returned must be returned in saleable condition.
- No refunds on customized jerseys, unless we made an error on the jersey.
