    Store Policies and Toyota Stadium Matchday Guidelines

    Operating Hours and Event Access: Soccer90 closes 120 minutes prior to gate opening for FC Dallas matches and select Toyota Stadium events. The store does not operate for all events and may remain closed or operate on modified hours based on stadium policies or venue requirements.

    PLEASE NOTE:
    Soccer90 will be closed May 18th-22nd due to stadium construction.
    Shipments from Soccer90.com may be delayed during closures.

     

    Stadium Policies: Kindly adhere to all Toyota Stadium policies while attending matches or events. Your cooperation is appreciated.

    Stadium and Hall of Fame Access: Please note that access to the stadium or National Soccer Hall of Fame is not available through Soccer90.

    Discounts and Returns:

    • No extra discounts on sale or clearance items.
    • Soccer90 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion or promotional code at any time, at its sole discretion.
    • A receipt is necessary for all returns, and they must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
    • Customized jerseys, tees, or scarves are not eligible for returns.
    • Exchanges do not require a receipt but must involve the exact same item.

    Online Orders | Return & Refund Policies

    Shipping:

    • Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days.
      • Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude holidays.
      • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday may not begin processing or shipment until the following business day (Monday).
      • Shipping notifications may be generated prior to carrier pickup.
    • All US orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified.
    • Shipping estimates refer to transit time after the package has been shipped and received by the carrier.
    • Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
    • International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by the destination country, are not collected or estimated by Soccer90, and are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
    • Free shipping on U.S. orders over $120 is a limited-time promotional offer and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued by Soccer90 at its discretion without prior notice.
    • Orders that include customization or large quantities may require additional processing time and may experience delays based on demand and order complexity.

    • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Soccer90 reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion.
    • Availability of products is not guaranteed and may change without notice.
    • Product availability may vary between online and retail locations. Items listed on the website are not guaranteed to be available in-store and may be located at different facilities.

     

    Refunds and Returns:

    • To process a return, please access our customer portal.
    • Customers will receive free return shipping labels if they purchase returns coverage at checkout
    • All returns should be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
    • Customer is responsible for other return shipping costs.
    • Return products in saleable condition.
    • Customized jerseys are non-refundable, except in the case of our error.

     

    Pickup Policy (updated as of December 2025): 

    • Pickup Window: Orders designated for in-store pickup must be collected within 14 days of receiving the "Ready for Pickup" email.
    • Uncollected Orders: After 14 days, uncollected orders will be canceled, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Extensions: If you're unable to pick up your order within this time frame, please contact us at store@soccer90.com to request an extension before the pickup period expires.
    • Location & Hours: Orders can be picked up during regular store hours or in Soccer90 on FC Dallas Matchdays.
    • What to Bring: A valid photo ID and a copy of your order confirmation (digital or printed).
