Store Policies and Toyota Stadium Matchday Guidelines
Operating Hours and Event Access:
- Soccer90 closes 120 minutes prior to gates opening for FC Dallas matches and select Toyota Stadium events.
- Store hours may be modified or limited based on stadium operations, venue requirements, or special events.
- Soccer90 does not operate during all Toyota Stadium events.
- Access to Toyota Stadium or the National Soccer Hall of Fame is not available through Soccer90.
- Guests attending matches or events must follow all Toyota Stadium policies and procedures.
TEMPORARY CLOSURES:
- Soccer90 will be closed May 18th-22nd due to stadium construction.
- Shipments from Soccer90.com may be delayed during closures and stadium events.
Discounts, Promotions, & Pricing:
- No additional discounts may be applied to sale or clearance items.
- Soccer90 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion, discount, or promotional code at any time without prior notice.
- Pricing, promotions, and product availability may vary between Soccer90 retail locations, stadium locations, and the online store.
- Certain items or brands may be excluded from promotions or discounts.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges:
- A receipt is required for all returns and must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Exchanges do not require a receipt but must be for the exact same item.
- Customized jerseys, tees, scarves, and other customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Online Orders
Domestic Shipping:
- Orders are typically processed for shipment within 2–3 business days.
- Business days are Monday–Friday and exclude holidays.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM CT on Friday, or at any time on Saturday or Sunday, may begin processing and generate shipping notifications prior to carrier pickup, but are not guaranteed to be transferred to the carrier until the next business day at the earliest.
- Expedited shipping methods, including UPS Next Day Air, do not guarantee weekend processing, shipment, or delivery.
- Customers needing urgent or weekend shipment should contact store@soccer90.com prior to placing an order to confirm available options.
- Shipping estimates refer to carrier transit time after the package has been accepted by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
- Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
- Shipping notifications and tracking numbers may be generated prior to carrier pickup or first carrier scan.
- U.S. orders typically ship via UPS unless otherwise specified.
- USPS shipping is not available as a standard checkout option. If USPS shipping is required, please contact store@soccer90.com prior to completing your purchase to confirm availability.
- Free shipping on U.S. orders over $120 is a promotional offer that may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
- Orders containing customization or large quantities may require additional processing time.
International Shipping
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Delivery estimates refer to carrier transit time only and do not include order processing time, customs clearance, or carrier delays. Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges determined by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not collected, controlled, or estimated by Soccer90 and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs processing times may vary by country and may delay delivery beyond estimated transit times.
- Beginning July 1, 2026, certain European Union shipments may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or processing fees regardless of order value due to updated EU import regulations.
- Refused or unclaimed international shipments may be returned or abandoned by the carrier or customs agency. Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs fees, duties, and other carrier-related expenses are non-refundable.
- Soccer90 is not responsible for packages delayed, held, lost, or rejected by customs authorities or international carriers.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring imported products comply with local laws, regulations, and import restrictions in the destination country.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders are typically processed for shipment within 2–3 business days.
- Requests for changes or cancellations should be sent as soon as possible to store@soccer90.com and must include the order number and requested change.
- We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests if the order has not yet been packed or shipped.
- Changes may include item selection, size, shipping method, or shipping address, but cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled and must be handled through the returns process after delivery
Orders & Inventory:
- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
- Soccer90 reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order at its sole discretion.
- Product inventory and availability are not guaranteed and may change without notice.
- Product availability may vary between online and retail locations.
- Items listed online are not guaranteed to be available in-store and may be fulfilled from alternate locations or facilities.
Online Refunds and Returns:
- To process a return, please access our customer portal.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Customers who purchase return coverage at checkout will receive a prepaid return shipping label.
- Customers are responsible for all other return shipping costs.
- Returned merchandise must be in new and saleable condition.
- Customized jerseys and personalized items are non-refundable except in cases of Soccer90 error.
Pickup Policy (updated as of December 2025):
- Pickup Window: Orders designated for in-store pickup must be collected within 14 days of receiving the "Ready for Pickup" email.
- Uncollected Orders: After 14 days, uncollected orders will be canceled, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Extensions: If you're unable to pick up your order within this time frame, please contact us at store@soccer90.com to request an extension before the pickup period expires.
- Location & Hours: Orders can be picked up during regular store hours or in Soccer90 on FC Dallas Matchdays.
- What to Bring: A valid photo ID and a copy of your order confirmation (digital or printed).
